Consultation Time:

Consultation time is booked by the hour or half hour and is non-refundable. This is because our time is valuable, and we want to ensure that we are able to provide our customers with the best possible service.

Digital Download Products:

Our digital download products are non-refundable because once the download has been completed, it can be copied or disseminated. Please ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase before downloading.

Booked Services:

Any booked services that have not been started or incurred any employee hours can be refunded. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel a booked service. Once work has begun, refunds are less likely, so it is important to contact us as soon as possible.
